Tom Dailey founded Potomac Construction Services in 2005 and has over 30 years of construction experience in the DC Metro and Philadelphia, PA markets. Tom plays a key role in partnering with out-of-area operators new to the DC Market, and conversely, manages construction projects for local operators who expand outside of D.C.
As the President and Founder of Potomac Construction Services, Tom sets the culture for how projects are managed and delivered. Tom is steadfast in the Company’s core values of quality, transparency and collaboration. Fostering a positive construction experience for the Clients and project team is a priority. Tom’s leadership and technical skills are well known in the DC Metro restaurant community. However, he is equally known for his fairness, ability to solve problems, commitment to his Clients and teamwork. Tom is highly accessible and is involved in projects, as needed, to ensure their successful outcome.
Tom is a Philadelphia native and a graduate of St. Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Debbie is responsible for overseeing all active projects at Potomac Construction, and acts as a liaison between the Company’s pre-construction and post-construction efforts. By overseeing the policies and procedures used by the Project Management team, Debbie ensures every project undertaken adheres to consistent quality, safety and performance standards. Debbie is a Senior-Level Construction Professional with proven skills in Project Management, Field Supervision and Procurement. In addition to mentoring first time brick and mortar clients, she is also responsible for the executive oversight of large, complex projects highlighting her technical knowledge, judgment, communication and leadership skills.
A graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting, Debbie has over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, including time spent owning her own construction business. Debbie has been a valued team member at Potomac Construction since joining the Company in 2012.
